“Spirits” Sunday Nov 22nd,SF

We were finally able to get our first big celeb chef.  Christopher Kostow, 2 Michelin Star toting chef of Meadowood, and yours truly will be teaming up on November 22nd to “test run” a few of Christopher’s long deliberated inspirations from the food of his youth here in San Francisco.  We are going to be bringing a little bit of Carnegie Deli and his Bubby’s secret family recipes with the right amount of polish.

The best part...for the sake of luxury and irony, this will all be going off in a private residence…a newly renovated and former Synagogue.  Yep!

Old World Spirits will be gracing us with their presence as well.  We have one of the top spirits produce right here in the Bay Area.  Davorin, as anyone who partners with graffEats, has a few tricks up his sleeve.  Wait till you get a first chance taste of his soon to be released  Cognac style Absinthe and, unknown to me, the elusive , Absinthe Bleu.  He is 1 of only 3 American producers of Absinthe.  That’s not to mention his Double Barrel Aged Brandy, Kuchan Gin; a well balanaced gin with notes of basil, coriander and black pepper, and a veritable cornucopia of Eau de Vie.

OWS will be pouring before, during as well as a one of a kind Pairing being offered with the meal!

…as always a hearty chunk of the proceeds will go to charity; Street Poets
